Eno Barony a.k.a. Yaa Asantewaa got social media buzzing with her new freestyle titled "Warning" which we all suspect (Or let me just say know) is a reply to Medikal's recent release titled "Warning" too. That is pretty much obvious. Eno had a lot to say in just a few seconds and we can confirm it's a wrap!
Let's take you back for a minute and to make you understand why Eno's freestyle is no doubt a direct reply to Medikal. A couple of years ago they had this rap feud, which ended after the first or second round. When Medikal released his first song of the year 2023, he boldly mentioned Eno and a few rappers in there and made worrying remarks about her.
That is not all... He was on the radio and confessed he knows Eno is a great rapper but he's better. He also mentioned he is looking forward to another rap bout to prove he's a beast and spares no gender when it's about rap.
The last and obvious sign is Eno Barony using "Warning" as her song title just as Medikal did. If you don't understand the Twi language, you might not feel the heat her verses came with. Not to worry, I will do my best to summarize her lines.
She says they've done this before and he (Medikal) knows the outcome. She made some wild references in there which will get more complicated if they're translated into English. Her last lines though, raised some eyebrows and made people question if Eno Barony is extending the beef to Sarkodie who keeps saying he's the Land Lord of Ghana Music.
People also argued Shatta Wale bears the same title and it's probably him since Medikal is closer to Shatta Wale than Sarkodie. This is all confusing but we'll just focus on how the only well-known Ghanaian female rapper dropped bars with weight! Watch the video below and share your thoughts. Song was produced by Hype Lyrix and the music video was directed by Narrow Geez.
